PRODUCTION WELDING

We are walk-in players with extensive production welding experience. Success with any repeat welding starts with state-of-the-art tools. Napoleon Machine has a track record of investing in new welding tech.  For example, we use BLUCO’s Floor Rail System, CAD Software for pre-designed setups, robotic welding, and the latest robotic welding software.

While state-of-the-art tools are essential, having skilled tradesmen is vital. Our team of expert welders has hundreds of years of combined welding experience.  As such, our team is likely to catch welding print issues before the part hits the floor. We are experts in our trade, and we hope our customers find comfort in that.  After all, welding is what we do every day, all day.

Lastly, producing a quality product separates us from many of our competitors. If you have a production welding project coming up, reach out and chat with us.  You can email sales@napoleonmachine.com or schedule a meeting. Be sure to check out our production CNC machining services before you leave.

Quality built into every process.

Properly inspecting parts is an important aspect of our business. However, if you are catching errors during the inspection process, it is often too late. There are significant expenses associated with rework, and many times errors will lead to late deliveries. This is why we build quality into every process. For example, we have kickoff meetings for each job. Our welders, machinists, programmers, project managers, and painters meet and review technical data in close detail. This helps iron out potential issues on the front end. We have also invested in the BLUCO Floor Rail System, which is a precision modular welding tool.

Are short lead times important to you?

Our scheduling tool sends out lead time notices when a machine or department gets low on work.  This allows our customers to take advantage of cheaper rates and faster turn-around.
