Napoleon Machine is a world-class prototype CNC machining provider. We have served some of the most iconic names in the industry, a testament to our abilities. We can produce parts up to 48 feet (14.63 meters) on the (x) axis by 16 feet (4.88 meters) on the (y) axis. Regarding weight, we can handle parts up to 60,000 lbs.
To achieve world-class recognition, it helps to have state-of-the-art equipment. We have made shrink fit tooling, automated probing, advanced tooling, and the latest MasterCAM software.
While state-of-the-art equipment is essential, having skilled tradesmen is vital. Our team of expert machinists has hundreds of years of combined experience with prototype machining. If there is a problem with a print or a process, our team will likely catch it on the front end. This type of proactive, expert service has saved our customers a lot of time and money.
We care about our customers and our commitments, and producing a quality product separates us from many competitors. If you have a large part CNC machining project coming up, reach out and chat with us. Email sales@napoleonmachine.com or schedule a meeting. Be sure to check out our welding services before you leave.

Quality built into every process.
Properly inspecting parts is an important aspect of our business. However, if you are catching errors in the inspection process, it is too late. There are expenses associated with rework, and often errors cause late deliveries. This is why we build quality into every process. For example, we have kickoff meetings for each job. Our welders, machinists, programmers, project managers, and painters meet and review prints in close detail and iron out any issues on the front end. We have invested in modular fixtures, shrink fit tooling, pre-setters, automated probing software, and more. All of these tools help ensure quality in manufacturing.

Standing out in a sea of fabrication and machine shops.

If you want to stand out in a crowd, you have to do more than deliver quality parts on-time. At Napoleon Machine, we focus on good old fashion service. We live by the golden rule and let integrity guide our every move. Unfortunately, some companies believe integrity ends where a loss in dollars begins. Not here; we have put our money where our mouth is on many occasions.
In our opinion, integrity also means transparency. Therefore, we send a weekly update report that shows what is going on with every part. If we are running behind, we’ll report it right away.
Lastly, we won’t always get it right. But, we will make it right. You don’t have to take us at our word; check out our customer testimonials.
