We are a walk-in player with extensive aerospace CNC machining experience. We serve some of the most iconic names in aerospace. In our experience, state-of-the-art equipment is an essential part of aerospace CNC machining, and we have a long track record of investing in new machining tech. Investments like custom-built modular fixtures, mag fixtures, shrink fit tooling, automated probing software, high-end tooling, and the latest in MasterCAM.
Lastly, we care about our customers and our commitments, and producing a quality product separates us from many of our competitors. If you have an aerospace CNC machining project coming up, reach out and chat with us. You can email sales@napoleonmachine.com or schedule a meeting. Be sure to check out our aerospace welding services before you leave.
We have the right equipment for repeat aerospace CNC machining.
We use various types of equipment in aerospace CNC machining. The largest CNC machine travels 48 feet (14.63 meters) on the (x) axis and 16 feet (4.88 meters) on the (y) axis. Therefore, it’s essential to keep CNC machines dialed in, and that is why we level our machines every year. Also, we have one of the best maintenance programs in the industry. Lastly, we use custom-built modular fixtures, and these tools are an essential part of repeat batch production. Subscribe to our YouTube channel if you want to see more videos like this.

Quality built into every process.
Properly inspecting parts is an important aspect of our business. However, if you are catching errors in the inspection process, it is too late. There are expenses associated with rework, and often errors cause late deliveries. This is why we build quality into every process. For example, we have kickoff meetings for each job. Our welders, machinists, programmers, project managers, and painters meet and review prints in close detail and iron out any issues on the front end. We have invested in modular fixtures, shrink fit tooling, pre-setters, automated probing software, and more. All of these tools help ensure quality in manufacturing.

We teamed up with our customer to build this complex part. On the left side of the picture is the part we manufactured. This machine helps build Lockheed Martin’s A2100 satellite. Making this large part required detailed inspection. The guide rail flatness was less than the width of a human hair.
