Properly inspecting parts is an important aspect of our business. However, if you are catching errors in the inspection process, it is too late. There are expenses associated with rework, and often errors cause late deliveries. This is why we build quality into every process. For example, we have kickoff meetings for each job. Our welders, machinists, programmers, project managers, and painters meet and review prints in close detail and iron out any issues on the front end. Large Part Setup on Modular CNC Machining Fixtures
Pictured above is an example of a magnetic work holding setup. There are times when magnetic setups are better than vises and clamps. For instance, with magnets, we can machine five sides in a single setup. These tools make a big difference in production CNC machining.
