Aerospace Welding
Our success in aerospace welding is the result of an expert welding team. Our team of welders has multiple AWS certificates, and in addition, they have hundreds of years of combined experience. Lastly, we have a full-time CWI with experience writing aerospace WPS and PQR.
We work hard to service our aerospace customers. That means delivering quality parts on time, every time. However, if we make a mistake, we’ll do what it takes to make it right. Please don’t take our word for it; read our customer reviews. To make quality parts, it helps to have quality equipment. For example, we use modular welding systems to improve accuracy.

Experts in Welding

Quality built into every process.
Properly inspecting parts is an important aspect of our business. However, if you are catching errors during the inspection process, it is often too late. There are significant expenses associated with rework, and many times errors will lead to late deliveries. This is why we build quality into every process. For example, we have kickoff meetings for each job. Our welders, machinists, programmers, project managers, and painters meet and review technical data in close detail. This helps iron out potential issues on the front end. We have also invested in the BLUCO Floor Rail System, which is a precision modular welding tool.
Inspection Tools
Start to finish metalworking capabilities.
As a job shop, we take on unique jobs that require unique solutions. Therefore, we have built a reliable supply chain that can take on any type of metalworking process that we are unable to handle in-house.

We teamed up with our customers to build this complex part. On the left side of the picture is the part we manufactured. This machine helps to produce Lockheed Martin’s A2100 satellite. Making this large part required detailed inspection. The guide rail flatness was less than the width of a human hair.
