CNC MACHINING
Services
Napoleon Machine is a trusted CNC machining services provider. Our industry, like most industries, is constantly evolving. For a modern shop to be successful, it must evaluate new machining tech regularly and have the aptitude and discipline to implement change. We have a proven track record of doing this well.
Our broad range of equipment allows us to adapt to most projects. It doesn’t matter if you need one-off parts or repeat production; we have the tools for the job. For example, we use modular sub-tables and fixtures on all repeat parts. Modular systems allow machinists to set up more accurately and efficiently. Moreover, we also use automated probing software, which ensures accuracy and creates efficiency on part setups.
We understand that machine shops are plentiful, and we know there are many quality shops. However, we stand out from others in the way we service customers. Please take a look at our customer reviews. Or, email sales@napoleonmachine.com and let us connect you with a current customer. We have successfully built long-lasting partnerships built upon the foundation of integrity, hard work, and good service. If you are an OEM and need CNC machining, reach out to our sales team and schedule a meeting.

Quality built into every process.
Properly inspecting parts is an important aspect of our business. However, if you are catching errors in the inspection process, it is too late. There are expenses associated with rework, and often errors cause late deliveries. This is why we build quality into every process. For example, we have kickoff meetings for each job. Our welders, machinists, programmers, project managers, and painters meet and review prints in close detail and iron out any issues on the front end. We have invested in modular fixtures, shrink fit tooling, pre-setters, automated probing software, and more. All of these tools help ensure quality in manufacturing.
