about us
INTRODUCTION
We are a medium to large part welding and CNC machining job shop. As a job shop, we learn “best practices” from various industries and better our skills. Moreover, rigorous preparation and paying close attention to detail are required, as many jobs are unique. This experience, coupled with education and aptitude, allows us to offer expert service to OEM machine builders.
TECHNOLOGY DRIVEN
At Napoleon Machine, progressive manufacturing technology is essential. Over the past decade, we have spent about 6 million dollars on the latest welding and machining tech, such as modular fixturing systems, magnetic work-holding, shrink-fit tools, automated probing, 5-axis machining, and the latest in CNC programming software.
BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS
Above all, we care about the relationships we forge. While our business’s purpose is to be prosperous, gaining prosperity at the cost of damaging relationships by lacking integrity is not an option. We are a family-owned and operated business with two generations at the helm, and the values that have guided our family mirror the companies core values. When you do business with Napoleon Machine, you can count on us to do what is right.

President // Owner
KEVIN FEBREY
OUR LEADER
Napoleon Machine is a rust belt revival story. During the recession of 2008, an OEM machine manufacturer closed down a 55,000 sq. ft. welding and machine shop. Kevin Febrey and his partners opened the doors and started bringing the old plant back to life three years later. The company began with four team members, and Kevin grew that number to 35 in ten short years. Part of that growth included Kevin’s three sons, a CPA, Mechanical Engineer, and a Sales Manager. In addition to growing the team, Kevin has also invested about 6M dollars in new equipment. We have a good team and much drive, which shows in our work.

OUR
History
Napoleon Machine is a rust belt revival story. During the recession of 2008, an OEM machine manufacturer closed down a 55,000 sq. ft. welding and machine shop. Our current President and his partners opened the doors and started bringing the old plant back to life three years later. The company began with four team members. Kevin was able to grow that number to 35 in ten short years. Part of that growth included Kevin’s three sons, a CPA, Mechanical Engineer, and a Sales Manager. CORE VALUES
Work & Family Balance
We place immense value on a healthy balance of work and family time. After all, we are a family-owned and operated business, and the freedom we offer with flexible scheduling is among the best in our industry. While we expect a day’s hard work from our team, we also understand the importance of family time. If a team member has a healthy home life, they are more likely to have a healthy work-life.
Integrity
Integrity must be one of the most overused core values in the world. The definition of integrity is; “strong moral principles and the quality of being honest.” We are not perfect, but this term fits our culture like a glove. If we make a mistake, you better believe we will own up to it and make it right. Moreover, we honor our promises. When we acknowledge a PO with a delivery date, that’s us making a promise to get it there by that date. After all, we care deeply about perception and our companies reputation.
Hard Work
The saying goes, “all hard work brings a profit, but mere talk leads to poverty.” That said, we have created a purpose-driven culture that rewards hard work. At Napoleon Machine, having more tenure or playing workplace politics won’t advance your career. There is one way to get ahead, and that is working hard with a smile. We believe that most things in this life that are worth having won’t come easy.
Reliability
Our reputation as a trustworthy shop has been hard-earned. From the owner to tradesmen, we all take pride in our work and understand the importance of consistent performance. If we randomly deliver parts on time, that is of little benefit to our customers in the long run. However, if we provide machine parts on time, we develop a reliable long-term relationship every time. After all, what good is a relationship without trust?
