Napoleon Machine has the tools and experience needed to offer exception welding services. Our core focus is tube and heavy plate welding, from half-inch to 10 inches (0.25 m). Also, we can handle any part weighing up to 70,000 lbs.
Our expert tradesmen make our success possible, who have over two hundred years of combined experience. Moreover, every fabricator holds multiple AWS certificates. If you have a job that calls for WPS/PQR, we have a full-time CWI.
Modern fab shops require state-of-the-art tools, and Napoleon Machine has a track record of investing in new fab technology. For example, we use BLUCO’s Floor Rail System, CAD Software for pre-designed setups, robotic welding, and the latest robotic software. Quality built into every process.
Properly inspecting parts is an important aspect of our business. However, if you are catching errors during the inspection process, it is often too late. There are significant expenses associated with rework, and many times errors will lead to late deliveries. This is why we build quality into every process. For example, we have kickoff meetings for each job. Our welders, machinists, programmers, project managers, and painters meet and review technical data in close detail. This helps iron out potential issues on the front end. We have also invested in the BLUCO Floor Rail System, which is a precision modular welding tool.
