A growing contract machine shop has announced an expansion at its Northwest Ohio facility. The company, Napoleon Machine, will invest nearly $3 million in new machinery and equipment to support increasing business opportunities.
The Henry County-based company plans to hire at least 15 new people at its Napoleon location. The company provides services to OEM machine builders and equipment manufacturers. In addition, it offers tight tolerance machining, fabricating and welding of medium to large parts as well as industrial painting and light assembly services.
“We‘re very happy with the labor here in Northwest Ohio, and we’ve been very successful with attracting and retaining people,” said Kevin Febrey, president, Napoleon Machine.
Established in 2010, Napoleon Machine has grown to 35 employees. The company serves a wide span of industries including aerospace, agricultural, automotive, defense, and food/beverage.
