We work hard to offer quality service. It seems like more and more machine shops don’t see a due date as a promise made. At Napoleon Machine, our word means something to us, and we don’t speak loosely. For example, I’m sure we have lost plenty of work over the years because we couldn’t commit to a faster lead time. However, when we accept a PO and due date, it’s because we have every intention of delivering on that date. Sure, things can go awry, but that is the exception for us, not the norm.
